Before we announce the winners we would like to thank all those who donated to the contest, we really appreciate your help! We also want to thank all those who submitted to the contest, all of the entries were very good and it was hard to make any final decision. The judges for this contest was as follows: =HungryxHungryxHippos, :devcyrilhelnwein:, =Daevin, and *lenouuuu. The winning entries were chosen based on quality and the application of our contest theme, "Remember Me".

And now for the winners! -drum roll-

In first place we have =pbird12.
Paula submitted a wonderfully drawn work which focuses on time and aging. I feel her piece was well-executed, and she truly personified her interpretation of our theme "Remember Me". The great detail and care that has gone into her creation is evident, especially when looking at the wrinkles of the woman's face. This piece was very popular among the judges, and it was agreed upon this should definitely be our winning piece.



In second place we have *rusrainbow.
This was another very popular choice among the judges and I personally took a great interest in Irina's piece as well, as it seems the two women in the picture have seemingly been forgotten, but I feel this photograph sends a message that these are people to be remembered. Passing on knowledge and their experience to your young from our elders is an importrant tradition of many different cultures. There is always so much you can learn from these people.



In third place we have ~Queen-Kitty.
This piece took on a unique approach to our theme "Remember Me". Not only did I like the fact the girl herself seemed reminescent, but also that she herself is something to be remembered with her remarkable beauty. I should also note that I personally thought this photo to be something that should be remembered. It seems so in balance and harmonius with nature.
