This image really jumped out at me from the thumb. There are a lot of really great things going on here - the perspective and the composition work really well, as does the use of colour.
I especially like the broken pavement as it really adds to the overall image.
I respectfully disagree with the previous comment about the logo on the t-shirt; didn't bother me at all, in fact I wasn't even conscious off it until I read the early critique.
I also respectfully disagree about the subject's attitude - I think it makes the image more interesting.
